ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE: You receive all the services of the Standard Package PLUS all the full services a realtor would provide to you, for only a flat fee of $3,999.99. You will receive the services of a Realtor, without the high Realtor cost. I handle everything for you. I market your house, I schedule the showings, I conduct the showing of your house, I negotiate and draft all the purchase documents for you. I do EVERYTHING for you! I will schedule your closing at a local title company where you will receive reduced closing fees. All for the flat fee of $3,999.99
